How to Submit an RMA Warranty Claim:

2. Our technical staff will verify telemetry or troubleshooting steps within 24 hours.
3. Receive a prepaid return shipping label directed to our facility at 537 E Schiller Ln, Meridian, ID 83642.
4. Upon receipt, an immediate replacement or full refund will be issued.
